No guarantee of rankings
Search engines control their own results. We follow recognised best practice and report honestly on progress, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, calls or revenue.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and timely access to the accounts and assets we need.
- Make sure you have the right to use any content, images or trademarks you give us.
Payment
Fees, payment timing and any refund terms are as agreed in your proposal. Work may be paused if an agreed payment is overdue.
Ownership
Once payment is received in full, you own the final deliverables created for you. We keep our own tools, methods and templates, and may describe the work in general terms in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
