Rankvero is Zubair — and a deliberately small way of working

I am not an agency. I am one person who does local SEO for a short list of service businesses, does the work himself, and would rather tell you the truth about timelines than win the job.

Who I am

The short version

I started Rankvero because most local businesses get sold the wrong thing. They get a redesign when they needed their citations fixed. They get five hundred backlinks when they needed their Google Business Profile categorised properly. They get a monthly report full of numbers nobody can act on, and a year later they are exactly where they started but poorer.

My background is in building and ranking local sites in US markets — my own properties, with my own money on the line. That matters more than it sounds. When you rank a site you own, you find out quickly which tactics actually move things and which ones just look good in a proposal. Nothing gets recommended to a client that has not been tested that way first.

I also do outreach and client work across New Zealand and Australia, which means I have had to learn how local search behaves in different markets — different directory sets, different search phrasing, different competition levels. A citation strategy that works in Texas is not the one that works in Auckland.

I do not outsource. Every audit, keyword map, page rewrite, citation cleanup and link report is done by me. That is the whole reason the client list stays short.

Founder & SEO Consultant, Rankvero

Working with me means

  • You talk to the person doing the work
  • Nothing is outsourced to a junior or a marketplace
  • Reporting you can read in two minutes
  • No lock-in contract, ever
  • Every deliverable handed over and yours to keep

Currently taking on

A small number of new clients. If the list is full I will tell you rather than take the money and queue you.

What I believe

Six things I will not budge on

These cost me work sometimes. They are still right.

Nobody can sell you a #1 ranking

Google does not sell placement and cannot be made to. Anyone guaranteeing position one is either lying or planning to rank you for a term nobody searches.

Manual or not at all

Automated submissions and link networks leave a footprint. When it gets found, the penalty lands on you — the vendor has moved on.

Foundations before firepower

Building links to a site Google cannot crawl properly is money set on fire. The boring fixes come first, every time.

Honest timelines, even when they cost the sale

Sixty to ninety days to first movement, four to six months for real change. If that does not suit your runway, better we both know now.

Reporting includes the flat months

A report that only shows wins is marketing, not reporting. You should see when something did not work and what changed because of it.

Your data is yours

Citation sheets, keyword maps, link reports, dashboard access. If you leave, you leave with all of it.

Fit

Who I work well with

I would rather turn down a job than take one that was never going to work.

A good fit if…

  • You run a service business with a real service area
  • You can commit three to six months before judging results
  • You want to understand what is being done, not just be billed for it
  • You are willing to ask customers for reviews
  • Your business details are real and verifiable

Probably not yet if…

  • You need leads inside two weeks
  • You want a guaranteed ranking position
  • You want the cheapest possible option
  • You are looking for someone to blame rather than work with
  • Your address is a virtual office you do not operate from
FAQ

Questions people ask before hiring

01Are you a one-person operation?

Yes, deliberately. That is the product, not a limitation — it is why your campaign gets looked at weekly instead of in batches.

02What happens if you get too busy?

The list is capped. If it is full when you enquire, I will tell you and give you an honest timeline rather than taking a deposit and queueing you.

03Do you work with businesses outside your timezone?

Yes — the US, UK, New Zealand, Australia and UAE. Local SEO is location-specific but the work is remote and asynchronous.

04Can I see case studies?

I am building this out with real, verifiable results rather than screenshots with the URLs blurred out. Ask me directly and I will show you what I can, honestly.

05What do you need from me to start?

Your website, the city and suburbs you serve, access to your Google Business Profile, and half an hour on a call. That is enough for the audit.

06What if I want to leave?

Then you leave. No lock-in, no exit fee, and everything I have built for you gets handed over.

Want to see what I would actually do for you?

Send your website and your city. You get a written audit back — the three things I would fix first, whether or not you hire me.
