01Why are your prices in US dollars?
We work with businesses in different countries, so one currency keeps things simple. You pay in your own currency and your bank converts at the day rate.
02Which plan should I start with?
If you have one location in an area with a few competitors, Basic is enough. If you have more than one branch, or you are in a crowded category like dental clinics, salons or restaurants, Pro is the better fit. The free audit tells you which one honestly.
03How long before I see results?
Profile views and first keyword movements usually show in the first month. Reaching the top three Maps results takes three to six months in a competitive area. Plan for at least three months before judging the work.
04Can I buy only the Google Business Profile service?
Yes. GBP Optimization and Website Design are one-time services you can buy on their own, with no monthly plan.
05Do you guarantee first place on Google?
No honest agency can. Google decides rankings. What we guarantee is the work listed in your plan, done every month, and reporting you can check in your own Google account.
06Can I change or upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Many businesses start on Basic and move to Pro when they open a second branch or want to push into a busier area.
